We collect data about individuals for business context & treat all data which identifies you as “personal data”

When you use our services we may ask you to provide us with certain information that is personally identifiable that can be used to contact or identify you

This data may include, but is not limited to your name, address, phone number, email, and horse details etc

At the consultation you a standardised form will be completed which allows us to make sure that the advice given is designed with the relevant care & consideration for your/your horse's needs

These forms are not shared with anyone else outside of Sports Horse Services Ltd  & are stored securely following GDPR guidelines for 5 years

We don’t share any personal data we collect from you with any third party unless required to do so by law, however we will share referral information to your associated equine professionals (eg vet or back professional).

When you contact us through the website we store the data securely taking all reasonable pre- cautions to protect your data

We are committed to complying with the UK and EU data protection laws

You have the right to ask us what data we hold about you, ask for a copy, change the data or de- lete it

When you sign the saddle fitting form and the box is ticked tick the you are giving us consent for us to use your personal data for marketing emails relating to our services - usually informing you of the next visit to your area.

Your personal data could be secured handled & accessed by our web developer who manages our marketing

If you contact us by email we’ll keep a record of that correspondence to be able to conduct business with you for 18 months from the last point of contact.
